Celebrating 60 with 3 New Books: A Milestone of Life, Stories, and New Beginnings
I turned 60 last July.
Turning 60 is often seen as a time to reflect on the past, celebrate the present, and embrace the future with renewed purpose.
For me, this milestone carries an even deeper meaning because I’m celebrating it with the release of not one, but three new books—each born from hours and hours of imagination, perseverance, and a lifelong love of storytelling.
This isn’t just a birthday celebration. It’s a celebration of dreams that refused to fade.
Sixty: A Chapter Worth Celebrating
There was a time when I wondered what I would be like when I turn 60–or if I will even be still here. Well, here I am: still alive, breathing, creating art and writing stories. I am truly grateful to our Lord God for granting me these blessings.
Life has a way of filling our days with responsibilities, challenges, and unexpected detours. Looking back, the desire to write never left me. It just took a backseat.
Now, at 60, I’ve learned that it’s never too late to pursue your passion. In fact, some of our best work comes after we’ve gathered decades of experiences, wisdom, heartbreaks, triumphs, and unforgettable memories.
Every page I’ve written reflects not only my creativity but also the journey that brought me here.

My 3rd Book
My third book is THE GIRL WHO HAD EVERYTHING (EXCEPT HIM).
Unlike my previous self-published works, THE GIRL WHO HAD EVERYTHING (EXCEPT HIM) is proudly published by Lifebooks Publishing.
This Young Adult Inspirational Romance explores themes of family relationships, grief, healing, first love, and personal growth.
Written in a vibrant blend of Filipino and English (Taglish), the novel captures conversations and emotions in a way that feels authentic and relatable to Filipino readers.
I’m especially excited about this milestone because partnering with a traditional publisher represents another dream realized in my writing journey.
The book is available through Lifebooks Publishing’s official online stores on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada , and will soon be available in NATIONAL BOOKSTORE branches, making it more accessible to readers across the Philippines.
