Celebrating Filipino Stories: The Pinoy Indie Authors Dual Book Launch at The Podium Book Nook

Our Hearts Are Full: Thank You for Celebrating with Us ❤️

There are moments that remind us why we write, why we dream, and why we continue telling stories despite countless sleepless nights. Our Dual Book Launch on June 27, 2026, at The Podium Book Nook was one of those unforgettable moments.

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude to everyone who joined us—family, friends, fellow authors, colleagues, loyal readers, and even people who discovered us for the very first time. Seeing so many familiar and new faces celebrating Filipino literature together made every challenge worthwhile.

Many stayed with us until the very end of the program, sharing conversations, laughter, book signings, and memorable moments. Your presence reminded us that stories truly have the power to connect people.

Thank You to Our Amazing Community

It was a joy meeting fellow book lovers and advocates of Filipino literature. Our deepest gratitude goes to everyone who helped make this event a success.

Our heartfelt thanks go to Heidi, Dani and Abby for assisting us before and throughout the event with warmth and professionalism.

To everyone behind SM and The Podium, thank you for providing independent Filipino authors a beautiful space where stories can come alive and readers can meet the people behind the books.

Teen Gothic Crime Fiction:

THE SECRETS OF ARAGON MANSION

Seventeen years ago, something terrible happened at the Aragon Mansion. Twin girls were born. Six months after, one of the children was dead, the father was stabbed dead by the nanny who had vanished without a trace, and the family matriarch was declared insane. The patriarch, once the richest and most powerful in the smallest seaside town of Sidagon in Iloilo, closed their mining business and lived like a hermit.

Now, Celine Aragon and her mother return to the decaying seaside estate to fulfill a final condition in the dead patriarch’s will: bring the grandmother home for one last visit before the estate is sold off.

But once there, Celine discovers more deaths, dark truths, and furtive shadows. The longer she stays in the mansion, the more she is haunted by flashes of places and people she has never seen and moments she could not possibly remember. As the arrival of the matriarch approaches, Celine begins to question the story everyone was told.

In a town that believed in the rising of the Bakunawa—the moon-eater—she starts to wonder if the real monster was never myth at all.

Some families don’t bury their secrets. They feed them.

And the longer the secrets stay alive, the darker they become.

Poetry & Prose Collection

FEELS LIKE FLOWERS

Some healing arrives like a storm. Some arrive like a flower.

Quietly. Slowly. Petal by petal.

Feels Like Flowers is a collection of poetry and prose about the many ways we grow through loss, pain, change, and renewal. Through reflections inspired by flowers, these pages explore what it means to let go, soften, heal, and become.

For anyone who has ever felt lost, held on too long, started over, or searched for peace within themselves, this book offers gentle reminders that growth is not always visible—and that blooming does not happen all at once.

Like flowers, we unfold in our own time.

And sometimes, becoming is simply learning to trust that you will bloom again.
